Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person

  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • 8 hour shifts

  • Rotating roster
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay Types:
