Retail Customer Service Experience

The customer service assistant will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. This will involve providing support to customers, serving ice cream and desserts, maintaining store cleanliness, ordering stock, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain the store appearance by ensuring cleanliness and organization of shelves and displays
- Order and restock inventory as needed to meet customer demands
- Support opening and closing procedures by following established protocols
- Complete daily safety record sheets accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Physical ability to lift and move objects (up to 25 kg)
