Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when interacting with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach customer service representatives to provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and provide the best possible customer experience.
Requirements:
- 1+ years working in a customer service role with experience resolving customer issues and complaints.
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel and general computer skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
