Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to join our organization as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will visit retail outlets and provide feedback on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit retail outlets as a customer to observe and report on store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness.
  • Provide detailed observations of your experience and complete an online survey based on your observations.
Requirements:
  • A keen eye for detail and good memory.
  • Reliability and strong communication skills.
  • Access to the internet.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility.

Please note that the number of assignments offered depends on your availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability. Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
