As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and reaching sales targets while providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Drive membership sales and reach sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies
- Provide ongoing support and training to members to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Ensure the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently on a daily basis
- Achieve sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through proactive sales and marketing efforts
- Promote the club within the local community through various marketing and advertising campaigns
- Uphold the requirements for security and OH&S compliance
- Create a fun, friendly, and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out
- Sales experience or strong customer service experience
- Solid understanding of targets, KPIs, and lead generation
- Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
- Self-motivated, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
- Proactive – offer opinions, feedback, and new ideas in partnership with management
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness (highly desirable, not essential)
- First Aid/CPR certificate
- Working with Children (Blue Card) certificate
- Police Check certificate
