As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and reaching sales targets while providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales and reach sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Provide ongoing support and training to members to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Ensure the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently on a daily basis
  • Achieve sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through proactive sales and marketing efforts
  • Promote the club within the local community through various marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Uphold the requirements for security and OH&S compliance
  • Create a fun, friendly, and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out
Requirements
  • Sales experience or strong customer service experience
  • Solid understanding of targets, KPIs, and lead generation
  • Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
  • Self-motivated, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
  • Proactive – offer opinions, feedback, and new ideas in partnership with management
  • Certificate III or IV in Fitness (highly desirable, not essential)
  • First Aid/CPR certificate
  • Working with Children (Blue Card) certificate
  • Police Check certificate
