Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants to design fit-for-purpose solutions that meet client needs and deliver tangible value.
  • Develop and position banking solutions that address business challenges, resolve operational issues, and align with market trends.
  • Create compelling value propositions that highlight return on investment (ROI) and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive deal success through impactful solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and client engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, services, product, and executive teams to ensure seamless solution alignment and execution.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and communicate their business impact effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in banking or financial technology, with a strong background in business solutions and consulting.
  • Expertise in core banking domains such as lending, deposits, payments, and wealth management.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and balancing priorities.
  • Strong ability to craft and articulate compelling value propositions.
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on financial services.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading software is an advantage.
