Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to lead our Retail Change Office in a full-time permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with key stakeholders and business sponsors to develop and implement change management plans that drive employee adoption, elevate customer experience, and optimize overall value realization.
### Job DescriptionAs a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring change across our Retail Energy Business is deployed in a manner that maximizes employee adoption, elevates customer experience, and optimizes overall value realization. You will work collaboratively with the broader Retail Solutions group, as well as key business sponsors, to develop and embed processes and practices that ensure change is planned, delivered, and governed effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing change management and training/development plans/programs that align with business objectives
- Partnering with Retail Solutions Value Stream and Retail functional leads to build a comprehensive understanding of Alinta's end-to-end Retail lifecycle
- Providing strategic oversight for Change Management and Training and Development
- Directly accountable for the leadership and performance management of a team of up to 14
- Outcome-focused program, portfolio or project management and delivery skills
- Experience of leading teams to deliver portfolios, programs or complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- The ability to lead by example, communicate openly, act decisively, and collaborate effectively
- Experience effectively balancing competing priorities and pivoting between tactical and strategic change
