Senior Delivery Manager

The role of Senior Delivery Manager is a critical position that requires a leader who can drive large-scale business outcomes in the customer onboarding domain. This individual will be responsible for aligning strategic direction, providing targeted communications, and developing deep working relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience as a customer onboarding program delivery leader, with extensive experience in delivering mission-critical systems for nationally systemic banks. They should possess expert-level experience in complex program or delivery management in banking, including managing the delivery of large complex programs containing multiple streams and vendors.

This senior manager will provide quality insights into program progress and shape delivery teams to optimal outcomes and results. A strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and customer onboarding business process-based solutions is essential. Experience with the Fenergo software suite is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be a natural navigator of large complex organisations and senior stakeholder relationships. They will have a proven track record in change management, both business and technical.

  • Drive quarterly planning and prioritisation across domains
  • Monitor and report domain performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience as a customer onboarding program delivery leader
  • Expert-level experience in complex program or delivery management in banking
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and customer onboarding business process-based solutions
  • Experience with the Fenergo software suite (highly desirable)
