Job Description

As an Operational Change Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team of Change Advisors and facilitating sustainable change across our Customer Markets division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising senior project Change Managers on operational impacts, educating senior stakeholders and Change Managers on frameworks for successful delivery, and maintaining proactive relationships with key stakeholders to understand and plan the change pipeline.

In addition, the individual will collaborate with stakeholders on strategic and operational plans to ensure alignment with Customer Solutions objectives, implement and facilitate cross-functional change forums to optimize operational efficiencies and customer experience, mentor, coach, and develop their team to build their capability and facilitate sustainable change implementation, and collaborate with leadership teams to plan and deliver key initiatives in line with outcomes, timelines, and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise senior project Change Managers on operational impacts

Requirements:

  • Organisational and self-management skills with the ability to adapt to emerging priorities
  • Ability to understand key business drivers and use sound business practices

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Able to maintain composure in challenging situations and have a continuous process improvement mindset
  • The ability to notice, interpret, and anticipate others' concerns and feelings and communicate awareness empathetically
  • Qualifications and/or experience in a change methodology (PCI, PROSCI, etc)
