Regional Partnerships Development Specialist

The role of a Regional Growth Manager involves overseeing partnerships across various regions, including Australasia and South East Asia. This position requires the ability to develop and execute tailored partnership initiatives that drive growth across product areas such as crypto, cards, and more.
A key responsibility of this role is to identify opportunities and build a prospect pipeline of new affiliates, influencers, and KOLs. The successful candidate will also be expected to propose and implement partnership recruitment and retention strategies.
This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience growing marketing partnerships programmes and be able to clearly explain previous strategies they've implemented to achieve KPI growth with affiliates, influencers, or KOLs.
An analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive quick effective resolutions, is essential for this role. Experience managing multiple stakeholder projects concurrently and a proactive, resourceful, and decisive individual are also highly valued.
