About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Development Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This home-based role offers the chance to expand our impact by cultivating partnerships with churches, businesses, and major donors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new strategic alliances to raise awareness about our mission.
- Identify and engage prospective supporters to build a sustainable growth pipeline.
- Represent us at events and conferences to raise awareness and support.
- Contribute to fundraising strategies across the region.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners, supporters, and community groups.

About You
You have at least 5 years of experience in business development and fundraising, particularly with churches and/or corporate partners. You excel in fast-paced environments, are driven to create new opportunities, and have the ability to adapt and lead in an ever-evolving landscape. You also possess strong administrative skills and have experience representing an organisation publicly.
