We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on attention to detail and ability to multitask. They will also have experience in rostering staff, coordinating on-site admissions and supporting the Facility Manager in various administrative tasks.

This is a part-time position (3 days a week) based in Hoppers Crossing, with a competitive salary package available, including generous salary packaging options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager and other team members
  • Roster staff and coordinate on-site admissions
  • Support the Facility Manager in various administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, residents, and staff
Requirements
  • Demonstrated previous reception and administrative experience, preferably in the Aged Care sector
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
