Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our team in building effective relationships with employers, customers, and community partners.

  • Drive customer acquisition activities to attract job seekers and create a continuous pipeline of program participants from various referral channels.
  • Lead regional performance, quality, and financial viability by ensuring key performance and compliance objectives are pursued and met each month.
  • Lead, coach, and empower team members to successfully deliver upon their functional objectives.
  • Source Government and non-Government program opportunities and complementary servicing options.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in the Employment Services industry is essential.
  • Highly developed administrative and organisational skills will enable you to thrive in this role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to adapt style to suit the audience, are crucial.
  • Able to prioritise workload, use initiative, and multi-task to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Must be able to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High level of computer literacy is required.
