Strategic MEL Lead - Southeast Asia Development Partnership

\

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our development initiatives in Southeast Asia.

\

The Strategic MEL Lead will be responsible for ensuring accountability to stakeholders and providing senior decision-makers with key data to inform strategic decisions.

\

The ideal candidate will have:

\
  • \
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or substantial experience leading MEL in a development context.\
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, planning and implementing user-friendly MEL frameworks and data collection processes for development programs.\
  • Extensive understanding of DFAT's Design and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Standards and ability to write to DFAT reporting requirements.\
  • Excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills and experience in implementing frameworks and conveying complex information to stakeholders.\

The Strategic MEL Lead will work collaboratively with Australian Government agencies, Communications and Learning Coordinator, and short-term advisors as needed to achieve program outcomes.
