Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in the Sydney area. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with our key customers in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Relationship Management
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our key customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our customer relationships and increase revenue.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Tender Preparation and Management
    • Prepare and submit tenders for new business opportunities, working closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality submission.
    • Manage the tender process from submission to award, ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service and support.
  • Product and Service Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services, helping them to make informed decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that our customers receive a high level of service and support.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
    • Several years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
    • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
