About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Client Service team at Mercer as a Senior Client Experience Coordinator.

This role is based in our Sydney office and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring you to be in the office at least three days a week. This position is offered on a 12-month, fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Prepare and process financial planning documents, applications, and client reviews with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support financial advisors by managing client schedules, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior client service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial planning, wealth management, or client service role.
  • Proficiency in Xplan, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
  • A good understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations, including RG146 compliance.
