About the Role

As a Financial Services Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional branch experience for our clients by addressing their comprehensive banking requirements through transaction services, needs-based discussions, and guiding them in utilizing digital solutions. You will collaborate with a dynamic team and serve as a mentor and peer coach to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Role Type: Permanent, Full Time
Work Hours: 40 hours/week

What Will Your Day Look Like?

As a Financial Services Advisor, you will have the chance to:


• Deliver a seamless branch experience by fulfilling each client's comprehensive banking needs through transaction services, needs-based dialogues, and educating them on digital solutions,

• Collaborate with a supportive team and act as a mentor and peer coach to provide the best customer experience,

• Drive significant improvements in customer engagement and loyalty, creating genuine value for our clients,

• Actively engage in and support bank initiatives and programs,

• Take ownership of understanding your clients from a risk perspective, and

• Ensure adherence to ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

What Will You Bring?

To thrive and succeed in this position, you will ideally possess the following:


• Strong customer-centric approach - prior retail experience is advantageous,

• Familiarity with technology and digital channels - practical knowledge of various digital platforms is beneficial,

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change and uncertainty,

• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment,

• Solid understanding of compliance regulations, and

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
