About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Noble Park. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for providing an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow, and develop a team of paid employees and volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Embed exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Role-model a 'safety first' culture in our stores and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Plan and manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Build and support the volunteer workforce and engage with the local community to drive sales and customer loyalty.

About You

We are looking for a highly energetic and hands-on individual with a proven track record in providing outstanding customer service in a retail environment. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
