Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through referrals and new leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a fast-paced environment to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales through referrals to our specialists in home loans and business banking, as well as generating new leads across various banking products.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty, resulting in increased sales and customer retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements

  • Arabic language proficiency is highly advantageous.
  • Banking experience is ideal, but not essential. We are looking for individuals with a high-performer energy and unique ability to gauge and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Superior communication skills and experience in a customer-facing/sales environment.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and an ability to flex in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed performance KPIs with an uncompromising commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systems.
