Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Japanese Corporate & Investment Banking (JCIB) Department. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our strategy planning and implementation, as well as providing analytical support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
  • Provide analytical support to the management team, including data analysis and reporting
  • Facilitate communication across the team and with management
  • Prepare presentations and documentation
  • Identify problems and opportunities, and develop solutions
  • Assist with the management of business projects and initiatives
  • Liaise with regional partners and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in business management in Corporate Finance or Chartered Accounting environment
  • Sound analytical skills, including data extraction, analysis, and presentation
  • Good communication skills to report financial condition
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills
  • Strategic thinking and interpersonal skills
  • MS Office experience, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent Japanese speaker (desirable)
