We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our Japanese Corporate & Investment Banking (JCIB) Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business strategy planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support JCIB strategy planning and implementation in alignment with business objectives and development aspirations
  • Assist with business tasks, including business analysis and data reporting
  • Facilitate communication across the team and management, including content management and information flow
  • Presentation preparation and documentation
  • Define problems and opportunities, develop solutions, and identify opportunities
  • Business analysis with a focus on data and reporting, including BSC and KPI
  • Liaise with regional partners and external stakeholders as a primary contact

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in business management in Corporate Finance or Chartered Accounting environment
  • Sound analytical skills, including data extraction, analysis, and presentation
  • Good communication skills to report financial condition using clear and precise descriptions
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and networking skills
  • Strategic thinking and insights, interpersonal skills to identify issues and propose solutions
  • MS Office experience, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent Japanese speaker (desirable)
