Exciting Opportunity: Strategic Analyst / Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Operations Strategy Analyst to join our Sydney team due to growth. This role is perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and is eager to make an impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on commercial and operational performance to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the creation of strategic viewpoints and assist senior leadership in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with international strategy teams to integrate internal best practices and external market research.
  • Utilize expertise to provide actionable insights and drive tangible results.
  • Work directly with our leadership team to influence and execute business strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a consulting role.
  • Expertise in the financial or digital sectors is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; you should be personable and passionate about your work.
  • Ability to translate theory into tangible business outcomes with an operational bias.
  • Experience in developing business cases or financial modeling in Excel.
  • Proficiency with analytic tools and languages, such as SQL and Tableau.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in digital transformation is highly valued.
