A New Chapter in Business Analysis

At Zurich Insurance Company, we're seeking a skilled Strategic Enterprise Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Execution function, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement.

The successful candidate will provide support across prioritised enterprise-level initiatives, working closely with our Enterprise Delivery Managers to facilitate effective delivery. You'll be responsible for complex impact assessments, requirements elicitation, process mapping, process improvement, and solution delivery in line with our Enterprise Agile ways of working and organisational Value Defined Framework (VDF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute business solutions
  • Conduct impact assessments and requirements elicitation
  • Develop and maintain process maps and improvement plans
  • Deliver solutions in line with Enterprise Agile principles

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications or substantial business analysis experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Financial Services
  • Extensive experience with 'agile' ways of working, toolsets, and delivery
  • Strong experience in business analysis, developing business requirements, and IT development activities
  • Inquisitiveness, curiosity, and innovation when it comes to technology and data solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
