About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Planning Analyst to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the short/mid-term monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) revision for the EAPI and Japan region, ensuring accurate sell-in/sell-out forecasts and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, latest trends, and retail activities, while considering seasonality.
  • Collaborate with the Global Planning team to reflect the latest forecasts into Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and drive production adjustments.
  • Track and investigate variances between forecast and actual results to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Manage production and stock allocation to ensure supply meets demand.
  • Act as the inventory guardian for the region, ensuring stock levels remain under control.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the EAPI and Japan team for all matters related to units planning, providing visibility and support for growth.
  • Support the development of the unit ordering strategy for the EAPI and Japan region, defining rules and guidelines, managing product allocation, and confirming orders.
  • Create and update reports, summaries, and presentations to facilitate decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Planning, or Demand Planning.
  • Relevant Bachelor or Master degree.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
  • First experience with IBP is not mandatory but a strong plus.
  • Well-rounded business acumen combined with high strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a willingness for efficiency.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo with data-driven insights and a mindset always looking for process improvements.
  • Organized, accurate, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work and deliver in high-stress environments.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI is a strong plus.
