The Role

This newly created position focuses on delivering actionable insights that drive business performance across store operations networks. You will leverage data analytics, reporting, and strategic thinking to uncover opportunities, measure effectiveness, and inform decision-making.

As a leader, you will mentor and grow the capabilities of your team with a people-first approach, optimising outcomes, aligning strategy, and delivering value at scale to the wider organisation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and measure business-critical KPIs and performance frameworks.
  • Develop strategic dashboards and reporting tools to monitor end-to-end business performance.
  • Lead the evolution of insights platforms using best practices in data visualisation and user experience.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of self-serve insights tools across the business.
  • Create and execute strategies for automated, real-time actionable insights tailored to business needs.
  • Enable proactive decision-making by surfacing timely and relevant performance signals.
  • Provide coaching and development for direct reports.
Requirements
  • Experience leading or working as part of a team focused on creating strategic insights that lead to business transformation & outcomes.
  • The ability to review processes, recommend improvement strategies and drive change.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in optimising store processes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with store teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience leveraging analytics tools, including SQL, PowerBI, or Python is highly regarded.
