Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Strategist to drive the success of our e-commerce platforms and execute our brand strategy seamlessly online. This role combines commercial ownership of our e-commerce channels with operational delivery of the brand across digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in e-commerce operations and digital retail, with excellent analytical skills and experience managing Shopify stores and associated integrations.

They will also have demonstrated experience managing loyalty, CRM, and retention platforms, as well as proven ability to deliver on key performance indicators such as conversion, average order value, and retention.

A successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with brand and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life online and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of e-commerce experience within the fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and their role in driving e-commerce growth.
  • Experience managing loyalty, CRM, and retention platforms.
