Procurement Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled procurement professional to join our organisation in a key role that will drive value and efficiency across our supply chain.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Strategist to lead our procurement function, overseeing the end-to-end process from sourcing to payment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, driving cost savings, and improving supplier performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of procurement services.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in procurement, ideally within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or health / wellness industries.
  • Strong supplier management and contract negotiation skills across both domestic and international markets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (TGA, FDA, GMP) and quality compliance.
  • Proven ability to design and implement procurement frameworks and processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite advantageous).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
