Digital Advertising Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Strategist to develop and execute impactful digital advertising campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversions.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in managing full-funnel digital advertising campaigns, expertise in paid media platforms and analytics, strong analytical and creative skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
The role involves designing and implementing full-funnel digital advertising strategies, identifying and prioritizing key media channels, collaborating with content, creative, product, and analytics teams for consistent messaging, and managing end-to-end campaign execution and optimization.
The successful candidate will also utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach relevant prospects, leverage data and insights to monitor and improve campaign performance, conduct A/B and multivariate testing for effective ad creatives, integrate digital advertising efforts with other marketing channels, and provide detailed performance reports and post-campaign analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required. Full Australian working rights, no sponsorship, are essential.
