Senior Technology Strategist

We're looking for an experienced Senior Technology Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that meet the needs of millions of customers daily.
Your primary focus will be on owning a new online shopping platform, building .NET systems with DevOps practices and automation testing for efficiency and reliability.
In addition to this, you'll lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering growth. You will also use cloud technologies, especially AWS, to improve system scalability and performance.
You will serve as an escalation point for critical support activities related to the online merchandise platform and maintain clean code principles through coding and unit testing of new software products.
To achieve success in this role, you'll have:
- Proven experience leading technical teams and supporting engineers' growth.
- A strong track record of delivering software using modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation testing.
- Experience in contemporary development environments focused on continuous improvement.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
