
Payroll Specialist

This role is a full-time, on-site position requiring regular attendance in our office five days per week. The primary objective of this position is to manage end-to-end payroll functions for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate pay runs.
Key Responsibilities:- Process employee timesheets, leave, terminations, and new starters accurately
- Calculate superannuation, PAYG tax, and other relevant deductions with precision
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
- Liaise with HR to ensure employment records are current and compliant
- Prepare Single Touch Payroll (STP) submissions efficiently
- Minimum three years experience in end-to-end payroll processing and management
- Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation and payroll tax obligations
- High level of attention to detail and strong data management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
