About the Position

This role is a full-time, on-site position requiring regular attendance in our office five days per week. The primary objective of this position is to manage end-to-end payroll functions for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate pay runs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process employee timesheets, leave, terminations, and new starters accurately
  • Calculate superannuation, PAYG tax, and other relevant deductions with precision
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
  • Liaise with HR to ensure employment records are current and compliant
  • Prepare Single Touch Payroll (STP) submissions efficiently
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years experience in end-to-end payroll processing and management
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation and payroll tax obligations
  • High level of attention to detail and strong data management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
