Payroll Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to handle end-to-end payroll processing for our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and timely pay for employees.
  • Process payroll transactions in accordance with relevant legislation, industrial instruments, and company policies.
  • Respond to and resolve routine to moderately complex payroll queries from employees and managers.
  • Prepare regular reports and assist with analysis of payroll data.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in payroll processing using an HRIS.
  • A sound understanding of payroll functions, procedures, and legislation.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner.
