Financial Management Specialist

Clear and accurate financial management is a critical component of any business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative requirements
  • Administer Business Activity Statements (BAS), Pay As You Go (PAYG) withholdings, Payroll Tax, Fuel Tax Credits, and Superannuation obligations
  • Develop and maintain budgets, track expenditure, and provide forecasting support for cashflow management
  • Approve and allocate expenses across business units and locations
  • Oversee supplier purchase orders, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Undertake reconciliations, including accounts, clearing accounts, and corporate credit cards
Qualifications:
  • Hold an accounting or finance background, preferably with tertiary qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end accounts management and proficiency in Xero or MYOB
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to work autonomously
