We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to provide accurate and timely payroll services to employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll transactions, resolving queries, and preparing reports.
About the Role:
- Process and maintain accurate payroll transactions in accordance with relevant legislation, industrial instruments, and company policies.
- Respond to and resolve routine to moderately complex payroll queries from employees and managers regarding pay, entitlements, deductions, and time and attendance records.
- Prepare regular payroll reports and assist with the analysis of payroll and employee-related data.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing using HRIS software.
- A sound understanding of payroll functions, procedures, and legislation.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters.
