Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-time Guest Service Agent to join our team. This is a highly rewarding and exciting role, offering great career potential and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of industry professionals and amazing global brands.

The successful candidate will provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations, maintaining strict security procedures surrounding guest confidentiality & privacy.

Liaising with internal departments proactively to ensure group and guest requirements for specific bookings are met, they will also provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.

Maintaining control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service & phone etiquette, working effectively within a team, and being able to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
