Guest Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic guest service professional to join our team at Oaks Ipswich Aspire Suites.

About the Role:
  • Welcome and check in guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Make bookings and assist guests during their stay, providing personalized recommendations and support.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hotel or customer service environment is required.

  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language.

Oaks Hotels will support you in obtaining a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality while you work with us.

Please note that this role requires availability to work rostered shifts between Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm (5 shifts per week).
