Job Title: Senior Night Guest Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Night Guest Service Representative to join our Front Office team on a full-time basis.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service at the front desk
  • Assist with training, coaching and supporting Guest Service Representatives
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and enquiries with professionalism
  • Resolve guest issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
  • Support the front office leadership team with daily operations
Requirements:
  • Previous front office/Guest Service Agent experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
