**Job Role:** Guest Service Representative

The Westin Brisbane is a luxurious retreat in the heart of the city, perfect for business and leisure travelers alike. Our hotel offers guests a unique blend of comfort and convenience, with easy access to corporate offices, popular attractions, and entertainment venues.

As a Guest Service Agent at The Westin Brisbane, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. Your duties will include processing guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests. You will also be responsible for securing payment, activating/reissuing room keys, and ensuring that all guest interactions are positive and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate guests' service needs and ask questions to better understand their preferences
  • Maintain customer loyalty through innovative issue resolution and strong attention to guest satisfaction
  • Have at least 2 years experience preferably within a high-volume environment
  • Opera experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confidence and skills to upsell and promote our venues
  • Passion for the hospitality industry
  • Learn, think, and grow, and continue to evolve in your role
