Your Role at NTT DATA

The Logistics Coordinator will provide operational support to multiple client accounts and associated internal parties. This role involves working closely with Sales Support and Purchasing Teams to upload client orders into SAP, manage backorder reports, sales order management, processing maintenance paperwork for contracts, and handling client queries and escalations.

Main duties include tracking stock movement within the warehouse, coordinating equipment staging with our engineering team, and delivering customer-owned stock to external sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload client Purchase Orders accurately, ensuring all details match between client PO and internal sales order.
  • Manage the Sales Order Cycle within SLAs, including monitoring ETAs against client and project schedules, managing stock on hand, processing order amendments, sourcing alternate suppliers, releasing product deliveries, and processing warranty and credit return requests.
  • Manage and monitor hardware orders to ensure timely billing.
  • Attend regular meetings with Project Managers, 3P Logistics Team, and Sales Team.
Additional Tasks
  • Access daily automated SAP ETA report and action outstanding or problem sales orders accordingly.
  • Conduct periodical forecast review of applicable hardware orders and confirm likelihood of billing within the current month.
  • Finalize high-value 'forecasted in' orders for billing.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
