Aged Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aged Care Support Specialist to join our team at KinCare in the Hornsby area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure older people have a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and social activities to promote independence and engagement.
- Offer personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support daily living needs.
- Provide transportation to appointments and social events, promoting connection and community involvement.
- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability or Nursing.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, with skills in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
- A valid P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle for travel purposes.
- A positive attitude and ability to work independently, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Award rate $31.24 per hour + Super + Paid KM's + Phone Allowance.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary, estimated to be around $63,000 per year, based on a 38-hour workweek and hourly rate.
