Based in our Hornsby Store, you will work towards customer growth activities, focusing on:

  • Providing personalized recommendations for the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, highlighting the value and benefits of these products for easy decision-making.
  • Developing business and community-based relationships to promote the Bupa brand and products, ultimately acquiring new members.
  • Taking a 'customer-first' approach, you will also:
  • Assist existing Bupa members in their day-to-day transactions.
  • Ensure customers understand the full value of their health insurance product.
  • Provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
  • Educate members on all the benefits they can access.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
