
Hearing Clinic Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to join our team at a busy hearing clinic in Melbourne.
About the Role:- Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
- Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics
- PASSION FOR DELIVERING AN AMAZING CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND ACTIVE LISTENING SKILLS
- RESILIENCE, SELF-MOTIVATION AND LOTS OF ENERGY
- EXCELLENT ORGANISATIONAL AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
This is a permanent position working 4 days between Monday and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. We will also consider full-time employment working Monday to Friday.
