About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated customer service professional at our Melbourne clinic. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our clients, helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role.
Main Responsibilities- Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
- Provide administrative support to our clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
- Effectively manage day-to-day operations of our clinics
- Leverage various software and applications with confidence
To excel in this position, you will require:
- A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and high energy levels
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
