Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous administration or customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health
- Experience working with an older demographic
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
- Higher School Certificate or TAFE qualification
- Computer literacy skills
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess strong problem-solving skills.
