About the Role:

  • Assist customers who are going through financial distress and provide options and solutions
  • Handle all customer queries with compassion and empathy
  • Demonstrate resilience when having difficult conversations with customers
  • Assist customers back to financial health and stability
  • Monitor and manage identity fraud and fraud trends to mitigate losses to the bank
  • Report fraudulent customers

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a customer service and/or call centre role
  • Collections experience will be desirable
  • Experience in handling sensitive customer matters
  • High levels of empathy and resilience
  • Ability to work various shifts 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday
  • Full background check before commencement
