About the Role

We're seeking an experienced partnership development professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager.

This key role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple energy partners across Australia, ensuring seamless collaboration and driving mutual success.

In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic partnerships that align with business objectives
  • Serving as a liaison between our organization and partner companies, fostering open communication and resolving any issues promptly
  • Organizing regular meetings and reviews with partners to discuss progress, opportunities, and challenges
  • Presenting quarterly performance reviews and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • IDentifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and working collaboratively to implement solutions
  • Creating clear, concise reports and analytics tools to support informed decision-making
  • Contributing to the development of our partnerships strategy and supporting critical contract negotiations
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing invoicing, payments, and audits efficiently
  • Collaborating with product teams to ensure partners receive the necessary support and resources
About You

You possess significant experience in partnership management, client relationships, or account management roles.

A skilled communicator with excellent stakeholder relationship-building skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing tasks while thriving in both independent and team-based environments.
