Enterprise Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the VIC Health Sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who can identify and pursue new sales opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and work closely with vendors to create value for our customers.
About the Role:
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and working collaboratively with the sales team.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction levels and driving long-term loyalty.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
- Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors to secure the best pricing and solutions, optimizing value for customers.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and contribute to product development.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience selling complex IT solutions, preferably in the integrator space.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
