About Our Club
Our club is a leading fitness organisation with numerous clubs across Australia. We pride ourselves on delivering industry-leading gym facilities and innovative group fitness classes.
Our mission is to help people achieve their goals.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of consultants to drive membership growth and create a positive member experience. They will oversee front desk operations, set high standards for customer service, and mentor their team to succeed in their role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily workflow of the team to ensure sales targets are met.
- Lead by example and contribute to the success of the team by achieving individual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to ensure the team meets its daily performance criteria.
- Assist with the delivery of sales training to develop the team's skills.
- Work closely with the management team to drive membership growth.
- Support the development of the team's fortnightly roster.
About You:
- Demonstrate proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit key performance indicators.
- Show an understanding of the sales process and various sales techniques.
- HAVE previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes.
- Have previous experience of managing and mentoring a team.
- Be able to motivate others towards a goal.
- Have experience using business computer systems.
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
