">We are seeking a highly motivated Fitness Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing fitness team. ">About the Role
">The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in supervisory/leadership roles, with a strong background in fitness and customer service. You will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding client bases, and increasing revenue through effective business strategies and sales techniques.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing fitness team
- Drive business growth and increase revenue through effective business strategies and sales techniques
- Oversee HIIT classes, timetables, and deliver classes to inspire engagement and ensure high-quality service across all fitness experiences
- Maintain high service standards, compliance, and a safe training environment for both members and staff
- Drive the in-club 8-week challenge while enhancing member engagement and participation
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- 2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles, Cert III & IV in Fitness, and Current First Aid/CPR, with flexibility for non-traditional hours
- Proven success in Personal Training or small business, with a passion for helping others build thriving careers
- Confident, dedicated, and performance-driven, excelling under pressure while guiding teams to success
