Fitness Team Lead

As a leader in the fitness industry, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Group Fitness Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of fitness enthusiasts and drive business growth through innovative group fitness initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group fitness instruction and management, with experience in recruiting and developing high-performing teams. They will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging club experience by organizing and marketing group exercises, managing timetables, and building a positive work culture.
To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience as a group fitness instructor and previous managerial experience in a health club or gym setting. You will also require relevant certifications, such as First Aid and CPR, and a Cert III in Group Exercise Instruction.
