Fitness Team Lead

We are seeking a passionate Group Fitness professional to lead, mentor and develop the performance of our team. As a Group Fitness Manager at one of our clubs, you will promote group fitness opportunities and initiatives to members, increase member engagement and enhance membership value.
Main Responsibilities:- Attracting and recruiting experienced Group Fitness Instructors who share your passion for fitness
- Managing and scheduling up to 100 Group Fitness classes weekly
- Helping new instructors become part of the team by coaching, motivating and inspiring them
- Building a culture where your team enjoys coming to work and members love working out
- Creating a fun and focused club experience by organizing, marketing and running group exercises that meet the needs of members
- Continuing to raise standards by running energetic, focused and professional Group Exercises
- Maintaining budgets and preparing related reports
- Serving as a role model, motivator and ambassador for our brand
- Providing an exceptional experience at every touch point - Acquisition, integration and visitation
- A genuine passion for Group Fitness and significant experience as a Group Fitness Instructor, ideally Les Mills or studio style
- Previous managerial experience in a health club or gym with a focus on developing people to perform at their full potential
- Registration with Fitness Australia
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- Certification III in Group Exercise Instruction
